A simple one-page contract between the donor and a qualified organization such as Skidmore completes the arrangement. Typically, a CGA is funded with cash or securities. In exchange, Skidmore guarantees a specified annuity payment for the lifetime of one or two recipients. An annuity may be funded with a minimum gift of $5,000.
