It is the simplest and most frequently used method of gift planning because of the flexibility it provides the giver. It allows a donor to commit a gift intention while keeping control of the assets in case they are needed during life. The College is pleased to acknowledge bequest intentions, and in certain instances, confirmed bequest intentions may be credited toward campaign or reunion gift goals. With or without a gift provision, an up-to-date will is one of the most important documents we all need to maintain. With it, your intentions will be clearly and legally carried out. Without it, you risk intervention by the state in the final settlement of your affairs, without regard to your intentions for loved ones or other personal interests. Skidmore College and the Office of Gift Planning urge you to take the necessary steps to create or update your will. A good estate attorney will be needed and will perform this service for a reasonable fee. If you would like to learn more, call or email our office. Cons screw on scissors keeps working loose and spring bends off to side easy. The Bottom Line Blade holds a good edge, scissors come in handy . It is light weight, small and easy to carry. It looks good and will not rust. Full Review This is a nice addition to one of your pockets. The small knife blade holds a good edge and comes in handy for those small cutting jobs. The fingernail file has two different file surfaces, fine and rough. The point of the file is fair for cleaning fingernails. it is a bit too wide ( on edge ) for short nails but works very well for longer nails. The scissors have a problem with the screw working loose and a very small screwdriver is needed to re-tighten it...or...if you try to use a fingernail, then you will be using the file to smooth out the damage. I also noticed that the spring between the short handles tended to bend off to the side when pressure was not evenly applied or when the screw became loose. The scissors worked well for cutting out small ads in magazines or papers, or for cutting the occasional thread here and there.
